Ray Boldt | Associate
Ray Boldt brings a wealth of security and criminal justice proficiency to the K. Calder & Associates teamt. Ray recently retired from a twenty-year career with the Delta Police Department, at the rank of Sergeant. Ray is currently working with Vancouver Coastal Health Authority as a Workplace Violence Prevention Specialist. In this role, Ray has successfully completed multiple joint union/management workplace violence risk assessments.

 

Ray has completed multiple courses in violence risk assessment, management and response. These include emergency response and advanced tactical team training, violence risk assessment and management, Provincial violence prevention facilitator training, emergency operations centre and incident command, leadership, and instructor level tactical training in chemical munitions, distraction device and aerosol projector and less than lethal force options.

 

Partnership with Ounce of Prevention Solutions (OOPS)

Our partnership continues with OOPS Inc. - a one-stop shop for all things Respectful Workplace. Using a team approach, OOPS Inc. is an integrated solution to conflict in the workplace. In addition to his current contract position with Vancouver Coastal Health, Kevin will be wearing another hat: transforming the way organizations deal with harassment, bullying and violence in the workplace. Cheryl Otto, LLB, has assembled a first-rate team and says, "My quest is to leverage our extensive knowledge to eliminate unhealthy work environments."
